He also served in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Nicaragua. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Academy of Diplomacy,\u00a0<\/p><p>Interpol deputy director to UN from 1999 to 2002. He is a former Vice President and Executive Director of the U.S.-Qatar Business Council in Washington, DC<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
