Zied Chamsi’s United States Rule of Law Instititute Acting Senior Analyst. He joined the organisation in January 2024 as a Special Action research for the Middle East and North Africa Department.

Zied Chamsi previously worked for the Capacity Building and Empowerment Group From 2019 to 2024, in Charge of Middle East and North African Department where he led overseas projects related to Democracy and Rule of Law Topics.

Dr. Chamsi holds a Ph.D. in law and Political Science from Cote d’Azur University in Partership and cooperation with the University of Sousse  and has extensive research experience on political movements in the Maghreb.
